Crypto exchange Bitget has launched Reality, a new platform designed to tokenize real-world assets (RWAs). The platform will initially provide users with exposure to U.S. stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) via rTokens, which are 1:1 backed by assets held with a regulated U.S. broker-dealer. By integrating these tokenized assets into its trading ecosystem, Bitget aims to increase capital efficiency and bypass traditional geographic and settlement barriers. This initiative aligns with Bitget's projection that 10% of global financial assets will be tokenized by 2030.
