OKX Ventures and HashKey Capital have partnered with VPBank Securities and LynkiD to invest in the Vietnam Prosperity Crypto Asset Exchange (CAEX). This strategic investment increases CAEX's capital to $380 million, enabling the platform to participate in Vietnam's government-led pilot program for regulated crypto trading. The initiative follows the implementation of Vietnam's Digital Technology Industry Law, which aims to bring the country's highly active retail crypto market under formal regulation and reduce reliance on offshore trading platforms to align with global financial compliance standards.
