Leap Wallet, a prominent noncustodial crypto wallet originally designed for the Terra-Luna ecosystem, has announced it will shut down its operations by May 28. The closure includes all browser extensions, mobile applications, the Leap WebApp, the Swapfast exchange, and the Leap Cosmos Hub Validator. Users are advised to redelegate their ATOM tokens to other validators to maintain staking rewards. As a noncustodial service, Leap clarified that users retain control of their assets and can access their funds in other wallets by importing their existing recovery phrases or private keys.
