Crypto ETP provider 21Shares has launched the 21Shares Strategy Yield ETP, trading under the ticker "STRC NA" on Euronext Amsterdam, providing European institutional and retail investors access to preferred stock issued by Michael Saylor’s Strategy.
The ETP is backed by Strategy’s substantial Bitcoin treasury, which holds over 717,722 BTC, and offers a variable annualized dividend rate of 11.25%. This product, officially linked to Strategy’s Variable Rate Series A Perpetual “Stretch” Preferred Stock, acts as a "cash-flow bridge" designed to be easily accessible through standard brokerage accounts.
