Bitcoin miner MARA moved 1,318 BTC, worth approximately $86.89 million, to a mix of trading desks, custody venues, and fresh wallets over a 10-hour period, according to Arkham data. The largest portion, over 660 BTC (worth about $42.59 million), was sent to the credit and trading firm Two Prime, with other significant amounts going to a BitGo tagged address and a new wallet. These large miner transfers are closely watched by traders, especially amid recent market volatility and a selloff, as they can signal potential forced selling, although they may also represent routine treasury management or collateral posting. The movement occurs while Bitcoin is trading significantly below the estimated average production cost of $87,000, increasing financial pressure on miners.
