Sentient (SENT) Emerges as Top Crypto Gainer: What’s Behind the Rally

Sentient (SENT), a protocol aiming to build an open, decentralized artificial general intelligence (AGI) network called the GRID, has emerged as the top gainer among the top 300 cryptocurrencies, hitting a new all-time high. The significant rally, which saw its value jump to $0.038 and trade up over 50% at press time, was primarily fueled by its dual listings on major South Korean exchanges, Bithumb and Upbit, on January 29th. These listings expanded SENT's market access and boosted liquidity, causing 24-hour trading volume to surge by 192.40% to $299 million, with Binance and Upbit leading the activity. Although short-term momentum is strong, historical data for tokens listed on these exchanges in 2025 suggests caution, as most remain in the red due to broader market conditions.
