Strive surpasses CleanSpark to become 10th-largest Bitcoin holder after 334 BTC purchase

Strive, a company backed by Vivek Ramaswamy, announced it purchased approximately 334 Bitcoin, increasing its total holdings to 13,132 BTC, valued at about $1.2 billion. This acquisition elevates Strive to the 10th-largest holder of Bitcoin, overtaking CleanSpark, according to BitcoinTreasuries.NET. The purchase followed an upsized follow-on offering that raised $225 million, significantly exceeding the initial $150 million target, with demand surpassing $600 million. The capital raised allowed Strive to retire $110 million of the $120 million debt assumed from the Semler Scientific acquisition, with the remaining $10 million expected to be retired by April 2026. Chairman and CEO Matt Cole highlighted the rapid execution in managing the Bitcoin treasury and retiring legacy debt. Chief Investment Officer Ben Werkman noted that Strive scaled from zero Bitcoin to a top-10 publicly traded holder in just over four months.
