Kraken launches DeFi Earn in the US, Canada, and Europe offering up to 8% APY

Crypto exchange Kraken has launched DeFi Earn, a new product enabling users in the United States, Canada, and Europe to earn onchain rewards of up to 8% APY directly within the Kraken app. This service streamlines access to DeFi yield by eliminating the need for manual wallet setup or complex technical interactions, utilizing embedded wallet infrastructure from Privy. Funds deposited into Balanced, High, or Advanced vaults generate rewards automatically, sourced from borrower demand on established protocols like Aave and Morpho. Strategy execution is managed by Veda Labs, with risk monitoring by Chaos Labs and Sentora, ensuring rewards are derived from real onchain activity.
