Solana Mobile launches SKR token airdrop for Seeker phone users and developers

Solana Mobile launched an airdrop of its native SKR token on Tuesday, allowing over 100,000 Seeker phone users and developers who deployed a "quality app" in Season 1 of the dApp Store to claim their stake. Users have a 90-day window to claim their tokens via the built-in wallet; otherwise, unclaimed tokens return to the pool. SKR, which has a total supply of 10 billion with 30% allocated for airdrops, is designed to power ecosystem control, economics, and ownership. Solana Mobile encourages staking, noting that SKR follows a linear inflation schedule starting at 10% annually, decreasing by 25% each year until stabilizing at 2%. This launch coincides with the start of Seeker's Season 2 campaign, and the SKR token is currently trading up significantly.
