YoungHoon Kim, who claims an IQ of 276, asserts that XRP has entered a "super cycle," a term describing an extended period of strong upward momentum. Kim has also predicted that XRP could outperform gold and silver in 2026 and potentially reach $1,000 over the next decade under specific macroeconomic conditions.

These bullish claims coincide with Ripple securing key regulatory approvals from the U.K.'s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), including an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licence and crypto asset registration. These approvals enable Ripple to extend its licenced cross-border payments platform to U.K. institutions for efficient international payments using digital assets.

Technically, an analyst noted that XRP's recent signals suggest potential demand increase, targeting a breakout above $2.49 toward $3.26 if support at $2 holds, though a drop below $2 could lead to a decline toward $1.50.
