Video platform Rumble has launched the Rumble Wallet in partnership with Tether, one of its major investors. This non-custodial wallet is integrated directly into the Rumble app, enabling viewers to tip content creators using Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), or XAUT without relying on traditional payment processors like banks or ad networks. The wallet is the first live deployment utilizing Tether’s Wallet Development Kit (WDK), which facilitates wallet creation without centralized custodians. Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski framed the integration as a combination of free speech principles and cryptocurrency freedom. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated the tool allows millions to support content without middlemen, reinforcing Rumble's position as a free speech alternative to platforms like YouTube.
