Bithumb Seeks $201M in Lost Crypto; Upbit Dominates Korean Youth

Upbit shows particular dominance among younger demographics, with 44% of its users being in their 20s and 30s, representing 44% of the entire South Korean population in that age bracket. Upbit also shows a rapidly broadening investor base, with women comprising 43.1% of new sign-ups in 2025.
