Trump Media to airdrop non-transferable digital tokens to DJT shareholders

Trump Media and Technology Group, in collaboration with Crypto.com, announced plans to distribute a new digital token to its DJT shareholders, with eligible holders receiving one token per share owned. This distribution will utilize Crypto.com’s Cronos blockchain for speed and scalability. The tokens are intended as access or reward instruments, potentially offering discounts or benefits related to Truth Social and other Trump Media offerings, but they will not be transferable, exchangeable for cash, or represent an ownership interest in the company. CEO Devin Nunes expressed excitement about using the blockchain technology to reward shareholders and promote transparent markets.
