Arthur Hayes sells more ETH and invests in DeFi tokens

BitMEX co-founder Arthur Hayes recently sold another 682 Ethereum, valued at approximately $2 million, continuing a trend of reducing his ETH holdings. This follows a similar trade over the weekend where he swapped 680 ETH for 1.2 million ENA tokens. In total over the past week, Hayes sold 1,871 ETH (worth $5.53 million) and reinvested the proceeds into decentralized finance (DeFi) tokens, specifically buying Ethena (ENA), Pendle (PENDLE), and Ether.fi (ETHFI) for a combined value of about $609,000. Hayes has stated his strategy is to decrease his exposure to Ethereum in favor of specific DeFi assets that he anticipates will benefit more directly from improving liquidity conditions.
