This ETF is designed to track the performance of the CME CF XRP-Dollar Reference Rate – New York Variant, offering exposure to XRP. Shares will trade on the Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker symbol TOXR, with an annual sponsor fee of 0.3%. Ripple Markets is the sole initial shareholder, funding the trust with 100 million XRP, valued around $226 million. The fund's XRP holdings will be custodied by Coinbase Custody, Anchorage Digital Bank, and BitGo Trust Company, positioning it among several other XRP funds launching this year.
