BitMEX Integrates Mercuryo On-ramp to Introduce Fiat-to-Crypto Conversion

BitMEX, a major crypto exchange, announced a partnership with the global payment infrastructure platform Mercuryo to integrate fiat-to-crypto on-ramps. This feature enables users to purchase cryptocurrencies using various fiat currencies, simplifying the onboarding process for new users converting assets like USD into digital tokens for trading on BitMEX's spot and futures markets, including BTC, ETH, and SOL. The integration supports over 30 fiat currencies and accepts payment methods such as credit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, crediting user accounts in minutes. Raphael Polansky of BitMEX emphasized the robust and intuitive user experience provided by Mercuryo, while Petr Kozyakov of Mercuryo highlighted this as a key step in enhancing the trading experience for BitMEX's global user base.
