SEC ends Biden-era investigation into Ondo Finance without charges, firm says

The probe, which began under the Biden administration, examined whether Ondo's tokenization of real-world assets complied with securities laws and whether its native ONDO token qualified as a security. Ondo stated it fully cooperated and maintained its approach aligns with investor protection principles, viewing the conclusion as a significant milestone for the tokenization industry.
