Goldman Sachs to buy Innovator Capital Management in push to grow its ETF lineup

Goldman Sachs has agreed to purchase Innovator Capital Management, a specialist in defined outcome ETFs, in a deal valued around $2 billion in cash and equity, expected to close in Q2 2026.
