THORWallet Integrates NEAR Intents, Expanding Cross-Chain Swaps Across Multiple Networks

THORWallet, a mobile-first non-custodial wallet, has integrated NEAR Intents into both its mobile and web applications to expand its cross-chain swap capabilities. This integration allows users to seamlessly swap assets across numerous supported blockchains, including Sui, Solana, Bitcoin, and Ethereum, leveraging NEAR Intents' decentralized framework for trustless, efficient, and gas-optimized transactions without needing bridges or wrapped assets.

THORWallet CEO Marcel Harmann stated this move brings them closer to a fully chain-agnostic swap experience, ensuring users can move liquidity freely while maintaining custody. The integration complements THORWallet's existing support for THORChain, Maya, and others. The platform has seen significant growth, with total swap volume exceeding $1.7 billion.

Meanwhile, NEAR Intents is also scaling rapidly, having processed over $2.5 billion in volume and supported millions of swaps across 123 assets in under a year, highlighting the growing adoption of intent-based cross-chain transactions.
